Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Is your linen real linen or a linen look? And what are the striped fabrics made of?

    The workshop's answer

Both exist. One linen range is 50% cotton and 50% linen, another is a linen-look polyester, and a third range is linen too. Every striped fabric is 100% cotton.

  2. A common question

Could you make a hexagon floor cushion, roughly 4 by 4.6 feet, to fit inside our kids' play structure?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, a hexagon can be made. The shop sends a reference drawing, and you mark two key measurements on it so the shape comes out right for the space.

  3. A common question

My exact size isn't in the drop-down. Do I pick the nearest standard size or give exact measurements?

    The workshop's answer

Both. Select the range your size falls into, or the closest option, only to set the price. Then write your exact measurements, thickness and fabric code in the personalization box. The cushion is made to that note, fractions included, such as 57 5/8 x 15 3/8 in, so there are no gaps.
