Buyer questions

  1. A common question

What happens if I write a fabric code that doesn't exist, or one that could mean two things?

    The workshop's answer

Codes are checked before any cutting. A note reading L105 was queried because no such code exists: did it mean velvet 105 cream, or linen L-05? Another note listing L-22 and L-2 was confirmed as body and piping. Production waits until you answer.

  2. A common question

How do you price a matching seat cushion and back cushion, both with piping?

    The workshop's answer

Each piece is quoted on its own size. A 15.5 x 33 in (39 x 84 cm) seat cushion and a 21 x 33.5 in (53 x 85 cm) back cushion, both 4.5 in (11.5 cm) deep and both piped, were priced separately, and the larger back came in higher than the seat.

  3. A common question

Which of your linen colors is closest to sage green?

    The workshop's answer

L-24: a soft, muted gray-green, squarely in the sage family. L-25 is the other green, but it is darker and cooler and not a sage. The workshop sends close-ups on request and can photograph L-24 next to a warm neutral such as L-54.
