If I order the full Hemnes set, do I have to send sizes for the back pillows and bolsters?

No. The back pillows and bolster armrests are included and made automatically from your mattress cover measurements. You can choose the mattress cover alone or the full set with backrest and armrest cushions; the price changes with the option.
My daybed mattress is about 8 in (20 cm) thick. Can you make the Hemnes set to fit it, plus a spare mattress cover?

Yes. The set is made in any size, including for a 7¾ in (20 cm) mattress, and an extra mattress cover can be bought separately on its own link. The fabric in that order was a thick, high-quality corduroy. Matching curtains aren't offered.
One fitted mattress cover (cover only, no foam), two lumbar back pillows with inserts, and two armrest bolsters with inserts. Two Full Sets give you two mattress covers, four back pillows and four bolsters. Order the Full Set and write your mattress size, for example about 37 x 77 x 12 in (94 x 195 x 31 cm), plus your body and trim codes, in personalization.
