The fine print
Terms of use
Plain terms for a site that sells nothing: read freely, save to Pinterest, ask before you reuse a photograph.

Using this site
By using cushionguide.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What CushionGuide is
CushionGuide is an independent atelier that explains how made-to-measure cushions are measured, made and cared for. Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. Requests you send here go to the partner workshop, which confirms details and price with you; see how to order.
Advice, measurements and tools
Our readings, answers, patterns and Studio calculators are general guidance. Measure your own seat, check your own space and confirm details with whoever makes your cushion before ordering. Calculator results are estimates. Nothing here is professional, safety, legal or medical advice; for fire and chemical rules that apply to you, check the current regulations and the documents behind any product.
Orders with the partner workshop
A request sent through this site is not an order. If you agree on a cushion with the partner workshop, or order from its shop, your contract is with the workshop (and the marketplace it sells on, if you order there), under their terms. CushionGuide is not a party to that sale and is not responsible for it.
Our content
Texts, photographs, illustrations, portraits, diagrams, calculators and the design of this site are © 2026 CushionGuide and protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to any page for personal use. Quoting a short passage is welcome when you credit CushionGuide and link to the page.
Photographs and images: what you may do
The photographs on this site are © CushionGuide. All rights reserved.
Welcome, no need to ask: - Saving our photographs to Pinterest with the Save buttons, the Pinterest browser button or the share bar, as long as the pin links back to the page it came from. - Sharing a link to any page or to a single photograph (every photo has its own link ending in #p-…). - Search engines and AI assistants showing a thumbnail or citing a page with a link back to it.
Not allowed without our written permission: - Downloading photographs and uploading them to another website, social account, marketplace or product listing. - Using them in advertising, catalogs or print. - Editing, cropping out the credit, removing embedded metadata, or combining them into new images. - Adding them to datasets for training or generating images.
Licensing. To ask for permission, write to us through the contact form or by email with the photo link (the address ending in #p-…) and how you would like to use it. If you find one of our photographs used without permission, please tell us.
Acceptable use
Please do not disrupt the site, try to reach its control panel, or copy it in bulk with automated tools. Search engines and AI crawlers may read the pages as our robots.txt allows; bulk copying of photographs is not permitted.
