Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can I still change a cushion's size after I've ordered?

    The workshop's answer

Usually, yes, if you message before production moves on. A small change, like 16 x 44 in to 16 x 46 in, was simply updated. Going bigger, such as 31 1/2 in (80 cm) square to 39 1/2 in (100 cm) square, means paying the difference through a separate link.

  2. A common question

My bay window has several angles. Can you make a cushion for it?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Multi-angle bay window cushions are made regularly. Send a rough diagram with the measurements, and the workshop checks it and confirms before cutting.

  3. A common question

Does the price cover the foam insert, or only the cover?

    The workshop's answer

Standard orders include the cover and the high-density foam insert, ready to use. Covers alone are a separate, cheaper option.
