Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Is the linen in code L-02 gray or beige? I'm after a warm off-white or a natural neutral.

    The workshop's answer

L-02 is the best-selling fabric: a warm cream or light natural beige with no gray undertone, and not a dark beige. For something whiter, L-01 is lighter. L-02, L-03 and L-04 are the beige tones on the linen chart.

  2. A common question

Can I have a contrasting piping color, and does it have to come from the same fabric chart as the cushion?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, pick any color on the fabric charts for the piping, and contrast piping can come from a different chart than the cushion fabric. The piping colors are the same charts shown in the listing images, more than 150 options, so write the cushion code and the piping code when you order.

  3. A common question

The window seat size I need isn't in the dropdown. How do I order it?

    The workshop's answer

Pick the nearest listed size and the cushion is made to your exact numbers; a 46 x 22 in (117 x 56 cm) seat went through the 20 x 48 in option. Or ask, and the shop adds your size as its own option, as it has for 36 x 72 in. Extras like handles can be left off.
