Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Does the swing cushion listing include back cushions, and is one long backrest cheaper than several?

    The workshop's answer

The outdoor bench listing covers the seat only; back cushions are quoted separately. For a 71 5/8 in (182 cm) swing, four back cushions 17 7/8 in (45.5 cm) wide and 21 5/8 in (55 cm) tall cost the same as one full-length backrest.

  2. A common question

Can each of my dining chair cushions have two straps so I can tie it on?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Order through the dining chair cushion listing, where ties are an option you select at checkout, so there's nothing extra to write.

  3. A common question

All I have are the overall measurements of my patio armchairs. Is that enough to make seat and back cushions?

    The workshop's answer

Not for a proper fit. When the chairs arrive, measure the width between the armrests, the seat depth and the back-cushion height you want. The workshop suggests a 3 to 4 in (8 to 10 cm) seat of 32-density HR foam wrapped in polyester wadding, with ties at the back corners. Boxed cushions with piping are no trouble.
