Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make very long outdoor bench cushions and bolsters in one piece?

    The workshop's answer

Very long pieces can go past the maximum single-piece length; pieces of roughly 75 to 142 in (1.9 to 3.6 m) were flagged. A 142 in (360 cm) bolster was made as two 71 in (180 cm) pieces, and you choose where the joins fall. Drain cutouts are made from your drawing, and the bolsters were 8 in (20 cm) across.

  2. A common question

Can you make seat and back cushions for an outdoor daybed and have them arrive by a set date?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. For a daybed with an 88 1/2 x 25 1/2 in (225 x 65 cm) seat base and an 88 1/2 x 25 1/4 in (225 x 64 cm) high back, confirming the order the same day meant production and prompt shipping made the deadline. Order through the outdoor listing and write the thickness for the seat and for the backrest separately in the notes.

  3. A common question

Do you have outdoor fabric for sun lounger cushions and bench pads?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, close to 200 outdoor fabrics, all UV-resistant and suited to sun loungers and outdoor benches, ordered through the outdoor listing. For a custom shape, send a drawing or a photo with measurements.
