Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can I still change a cushion's size after I've ordered?

    The workshop's answer

Usually, yes, if you message before production moves on. A small change, like 16 x 44 in to 16 x 46 in, was simply updated. Going bigger, such as 31 1/2 in (80 cm) square to 39 1/2 in (100 cm) square, means paying the difference through a separate link.

  2. A common question

What's the difference between your two velvet color palettes? Is the fabric itself different?

    The workshop's answer

No. It is the same velvet in both. The two palettes simply offer different colors.

  3. A common question

Could my two corner cushions meet on a diagonal instead of one long and one short?

    The workshop's answer

Cushions that meet on a diagonal become trapezoids, which cost considerably more and may not fit as well. One long and one short rectangle is simpler, costs nothing extra, and was the workshop's recommendation.
