Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make a cushion for an odd-shaped window ledge, or one with a cut corner?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, custom shapes are made. Send a photo, or a drawing on paper of the shape with every size written on it, and the workshop quotes from that.

  2. A common question

My cushion came flat and out of shape. Will it recover?

    The workshop's answer

Usually, yes. Cushions are tightly vacuum-packed for shipping, so they often arrive flattened. Most regain full shape within 24 to 48 hours; for one opened that same day, the advice was to give it 3 to 5 days. If it still hasn't recovered, send photos or a video.

  3. A common question

Can you make cushions for a commercial space with 28 kg/m³ foam and 40,000 Martindale fabric?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Contract-grade fabrics rated 40,000 Martindale are available for heavy commercial use, and the standard foam already beats the request: 32 kg/m³ high-density foam at the same price, which holds its shape longer under constant daily use. For a proposal, send the number of cushions, their sizes and the kind of space.
