Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Where does the zipper go on the cover, and will anyone see it?

    The workshop's answer

Every cover has a zipper and comes off. The zipper sits on the back side of the cushion, as hidden as possible, and that side is meant to face down or back against the seat. If you can see the zipper, the cushion may simply be upside down.

  2. A common question

I love the cushion in another buyer's review photo. Can you tell me which fabric it is?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The workshop can look up the fabric code used in a specific review, for example N03, so you can order the same look.

  3. A common question

My order never asked me for a piping color. How do I choose one?

    The workshop's answer

Pick any code from the fabric charts and send it to the workshop in a message, for example L24 for a sage green. The order goes into production once that code is noted.
