Buyer questions

  1. A common question

The size menu only shows ranges. How do I get my exact bench cushion measurements?

    The workshop's answer

Choose the range that covers your size and your thickness, then type the exact dimensions and your fabric and piping codes in the Add Personalization box. The cushion is cut to what you write, not to the range. A line like 36 x 11.5 x 2 in, Main: 111, Piping: 133 is all the workshop needs.

  2. A common question

How much would a custom bench cushion cost in my measurements?

    The workshop's answer

Choose your size ranges on the listing and the exact price appears, already discounted. Shape and fabric move it: past quotes covered everything from a 57 x 18 in (145 x 45 cm) bench to a 118 x 18 1/2 in (300 x 47 cm) velvet trapezoid, and angled shapes cost more than rectangles of similar length.

  3. A common question

My bench size isn't on the list. How do I order a custom size?

    The workshop's answer

Choose the closest size on the listing (the shop will tell you which) and type your exact dimensions, thickness, fabric code and piping choice into the Personalization box. A 36 x 12 in cushion went through the 16 x 32 in option, and two 17 x 19.5 in seat pads through 18 x 18 in with a quantity of 2. The makers cut to your numbers, not the drop-down.
