Buyer questions

  1. A common question

I'm a designer ordering for a client. Is there a trade discount on custom sizes?

    The workshop's answer

One designer asked about a 32 x 57.5 in (81 x 146 cm) cushion in stripe N8. The workshop explained that its custom quote was already its best discounted rate, so no extra trade discount was added.

  2. A common question

Do the floor sofa covers zip off, and can they go in the washing machine?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Every cover unzips and comes off, and all of them can be machine washed at 86°F (30°C).

  3. A common question

How thick are your floor cushions?

    The workshop's answer

The standard tufted cushion is 4 to 5 in (10 to 12 cm). The velvet floor-seating seat is about 6 in (15 cm), one product photo shows a 3 in (7 to 8 cm) cushion, and the extra-thick model is 12 in (30 cm). Other thicknesses, such as 4 or 6 in, are made to order.
