Buyer questions

  1. A common question

What exactly is the non-slip base on a seat cushion?

    The workshop's answer

The whole bottom face is made in a grip material, not strips, so the cushion stays put. You choose it in the personalization options when you order.

  2. A common question

Could I stack two thinner cushions instead of buying one 12 in cushion, to bring the cost down?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A 12 in cushion costs considerably more. One buyer brought a large quote well down by ordering two 6 in seat cushions per seat to stack, with 4 in backrests. Reducing thickness to 6 or 8 in is the main way to lower the price.

  3. A common question

What fabric are the K color codes, and can those covers go in the wash?

    The workshop's answer

The K colors are linen. Their covers come off and wash at up to 86°F (30°C) like the rest of the range. There are no close-ups of K fabrics, so use the chart or order samples.
