Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Is the foam memory foam, or something sturdier?

    The workshop's answer

Sturdier. The cushions use 32-density (32 DNS) high-comfort foam: firm, high-density and not memory foam. It is resilient, so it won't sag or lose its shape over time.

  2. A common question

What foam is inside, and what density is it?

    The workshop's answer

Medium-hard foam, quoted as 28 to 32 density. It lasts for many years, and replacement foam can be ordered on its own.

  3. A common question

My size isn't in the dropdown. How can I order it?

    The workshop's answer

Two ways. Pick the nearest size on the menu and the workshop makes your exact size, as with 20 x 48 in made as 46 x 22 in. Or ask, and your size is added as its own option, as 36 x 72 in was. Extras like handles can be left off.
