Buyer questions

  1. A common question

On the French-style tufted bench set, how big is the back cushion, and do the backrest and arms come off?

    The workshop's answer

The backrest and armrests come with the seat. For a 24 x 48 in (61 x 122 cm) seat, the backrest is 16 x 48 in (41 x 122 cm). They are separate pieces, attached to nothing, so you can lay the back flat or move the arms around like pillows. Because they are tufted, the covers don't zip off.

  2. A common question

Can the piping be a different fabric type from the cushion, like a soft fabric body with linen piping?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. You can mix fabric types and colors, for example an ice-blue soft fabric #126 body with tan linen L-20 piping. Write both in the order note, like: Cushion: soft fabric #126 / Piping: L-20.

  3. A common question

I have dogs. Which lasts longer, the velvet or the leather-look fabric, and is the leather-look real leather?

    The workshop's answer

The workshop shares a pet-friendly fabric chart, and velvet and the leather-look perform equally well. The leather-look has a leather-touch finish but isn't leather. Every fabric wipes clean; for real water resistance, choose the outdoor range. Indoors, choose by look and feel.
