Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Could you make the stripes in two colors I pick, with a third color for the piping?

    The workshop's answer

Not the stripes: they're woven into the fabric, not sewn on, so the stripe colors are fixed. A different piping color is no problem. The workshop suggests the closest existing stripe instead, such as a beige stripe when there's no brown one.

  2. A common question

Can I buy only the straight backrest pillows for a floor sofa?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, backrests are sold separately. The straight backrest is about 39 3/8 in long, 15 3/8 in deep and 15 3/8 in high (100 x 39 x 39 cm). That's close to the size of similar floor sofas from other makers, so it can replace or add to those.

  3. A common question

I don't care for thin, flat-looking pads. Can you make four dining chair cushions 2 inches thick, with piping, in a printed fabric?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The workshop checked the chair's shape with its craftsmen first, then quoted the set of four 2 in (5 cm) piped cushions in a printed chenille through a custom order link.
