Buyer questions

  1. A common question

I need a tufted window seat cushion at 17 x 95 inches, and that size isn't in your options. Can you still make it?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A dark gray plush tufted bench cushion at 17 x 95 in (43 x 241 cm) was quoted directly, and sizes outside the listing get their own custom purchase link.

  2. A common question

I picked a size at checkout that's a lot smaller than my bench. What happens now?

    The workshop's answer

A difference of 3 to 5 in is no problem and gets absorbed. A big gap, like 91 in (231 cm) selected against 109 in (277 cm) needed, nearly 20 in, takes more fabric and labor, so the workshop asked for a small extra payment before cutting.

  3. A common question

If the backrest sits on top of the seat cushion, how tall is the whole set?

    The workshop's answer

The seat cushion is 4 in (10 cm) thick and the standard backrest 16 in (41 cm) high, so 20 in (51 cm) together. Backrest height can change (one was made 15 in high), and seat depth should suit the bench: 22 in rather than 24 in avoids a 2 in overhang.
