Buyer questions

  1. A common question

What happens if the fabric I picked is discontinued after I order?

    The workshop's answer

The workshop contacts you right away, explains what happened and sends alternative color charts (in one case, pet-friendly ones). You choose a new code, the order is updated, and production starts.

  2. A common question

Can a cushion fill the gap between my kids' mattress and the wall, so their pillows stop slipping down?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. For a 4 in (10 cm) gap and a height of 17 in (43 cm), to stay below a light switch, the workshop made a bench-style cushion 4 in thick and 17 in high. Measure the length, order it as a regular bench cushion, and choose the non-slip base at checkout so it stays put.

  3. A common question

Can you make back cushions and armrests to turn an IKEA sofa bed into a lounge?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The workshop makes a set of two backrests, two armrests and a mattress cover, for example in soft fabric 925, and sends a picture of the proposed set for you to approve.
