Buyer questions

  1. A common question

My bench cushion is too thick to sit on comfortably. Could I just put thinner foam in the cover I already have?

    The workshop's answer

A 2 in (5 cm) thickness is available, but your cover was sewn around 4 in (10 cm) foam, so thinner foam inside it would sit loose and baggy. For a proper fit, order a 2 in cushion with its own cover in the same size and fabric.

  2. A common question

Could I have double piping in a contrasting velvet, with throw pillow covers to match?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Two bench cushions, 104 x 18 in (264 x 46 cm) and 59 x 18 in (150 x 46 cm), were made in emerald velvet with double piping in pale pink velvet, and four matching 18 x 18 in (46 x 46 cm) throw pillow covers came with the same piping at no charge.

  3. A common question

Can I order only a backrest, or just the bolsters?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, backrests and round bolsters are sold on their own. One buyer ordered two 4 in (10 cm) thick backrests, 7 x 63.75 in (18 x 162 cm) and 7 x 56 in (18 x 142 cm), with shipping included. A zippered backrest is possible as long as it isn't tufted.
