Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make a bench cushion with one rounded end instead of a square corner?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, curved custom shapes are possible. Send a simple sketch with the measurements marked, showing where the curve starts and where it ends; the workshop won't guess a curve from numbers alone. Once the shape is confirmed, order through the custom-shape listing, choosing the size range by the longest length and the width, and upload the sketch.

  2. A common question

Can you make an L-shaped bench cushion when a pillar sits in the middle of the bench?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The workshop either cuts one cushion with a precise notch around the pillar, or makes separate sections that butt together, which are easier to place and last longer. Send a photo and full measurements, including where the pillar sits and its width, depth and height, and the workshop will recommend one of the two.

  3. A common question

Can I buy only the straight backrest pillows for a floor sofa?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, backrests are sold separately. The straight backrest is about 39 3/8 in long, 15 3/8 in deep and 15 3/8 in high (100 x 39 x 39 cm). That's close to the size of similar floor sofas from other makers, so it can replace or add to those.
