Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Is the bench cushion just a cover, or does it come with the foam inside?

    The workshop's answer

It is the full cushion, foam insert included and ready to use. If you only need a cover, there is a separate zippered cover-only option.

  2. A common question

If my bench is a little bigger than the size option I pick, will I pay extra?

    The workshop's answer

Small differences are absorbed: a 14.5 × 60 in bench ordered on the 14 × 56 in option was not charged more. Bigger gaps are settled with a separate top-up payment link, and the workshop often trims that amount. If you accidentally buy a custom order made for someone else, it works out the difference with you.

  3. A common question

Can you make the cushions in an L shape to go around a corner bench?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Send the end-to-end length of each side of the bench (a paper sketch helps) and say whether you want backrests too. Two full L-shaped sets have been quoted from exactly that kind of sketch.
