Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Does piping cost extra, and can it be a different color from the cushion?

    The workshop's answer

Piping is included in the price, and a different piping color is free: write the piping code in the personalization. Single piping is standard; double piping can be requested. If you choose the same code for cushion and piping, the piping blends in instead of contrasting.

  2. A common question

We had an odd-shaped window bench built into our dining nook. How do we get a cushion made for it?

    The workshop's answer

Draw the shape, write the sizes on it and send a photo of the drawing. The shop redraws it as a clean diagram for you to confirm. Chairs with a trapezoid seat work the same way: a drawing with exact dimensions plus a photo of the chair.

  3. A common question

Is piping extra, and can I order the cushion without it?

    The workshop's answer

Piping is free: the price is exactly the same with or without it. It is optional too. The contrasting border in some photos is piping, so write no piping in the personalization for clean flat edges, or name the piping and its color code.
