Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Do the back cushions need to be the same as the seat cushions?

    The workshop's answer

No, it's your call. Seat and back cushions are sold separately, so they can match or differ. Many buyers choose a thicker, firmer seat cushion with a slightly thinner or softer back.

  2. A common question

My window seat is three irregular trapezoids with no parallel sides. Should I mail you a paper template?

    The workshop's answer

No need to mail it. Send a digital file or clear photos of the template in the chat, or attach the files when you place the order.

  3. A common question

The cushion fits, but the zipper arrived broken. Can I get my money back?

    The workshop's answer

Instead of a refund, the workshop made and shipped a brand-new set of covers free of charge.
