Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make a Japanese-style floor cushion for outdoors, in a white outdoor fabric, with the zipper on the long side?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A custom outdoor floor cushion, for example 32.25 x 44 in (82 x 112 cm), can be made in white outdoor fabric with the zipper along the 44 in side. A zippered outdoor version is made without tufting, but send a photo of the edge you like, such as French seams or hand-finished sides, and the workshop will copy it.

  2. A common question

Are the teddy floor sofa mattresses a standard US twin size, and how big is the sofa once it opens into a bed?

    The workshop's answer

Each seat mattress is twin XL, 39 x 79 in (99 x 201 cm), which is also the sofa's standard footprint. Laid side by side, the two mattresses make a sleeping surface of about 79 x 79 in (201 x 201 cm), roughly king size.

  3. A common question

The listing says 4 inches but lets me pick other thicknesses. Does the price change if I go thinner or thicker?

    The workshop's answer

No. Thickness isn't a big cost factor, so 2, 3, 4 and 5 in (5, 7.5, 10 and 13 cm) are all the same price, and in-between sizes such as 2.5 in (6.5 cm) can be requested.
