Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make a triangle cushion for a corner bench where the two walls meet at 90 degrees?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Corner and triangle cushions are regular custom work. Send a drawing with every edge measured, plus a photo of the corner if you can, then order on the custom-shape listing and upload both images at checkout.

  2. A common question

How tall, wide and thick are the backrest cushions on the floor sofa?

    The workshop's answer

On the standard floor sofa, each backrest is 16 in (40 cm) wide and 4 in (10 cm) thick. On the 12-inch-thick model, the backrest is 12 in (30 cm) high, the same as the seat, for a total height of 24 in (61 cm).

  3. A common question

My cover came back with the piping fabric on the main body and the body fabric on the piping. Can that be fixed?

    The workshop's answer

Send the workshop a photo that shows both fabrics. When the workshop swapped the body and piping fabrics on one order, it remade the cover in the right ones straight away, cut to fit over the foam the buyer already had.
