Buyer questions

  1. A common question

I already have the foam. Can you make only the cover?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Choose the cover-only option in the nearest size and write your exact foam sizes in the note, such as a back at 22 x 16 x 5 in and a seat at 21.5 x 21.5 x 6 in. Covers cost far less than full cushions.

  2. A common question

Tracking says delivered, but only part of my floor sofa is here. Is the rest coming?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A single floor sofa ships as two roll packs with the cushions plus one small box with the metal bars, and they don't always arrive together. The rest usually comes the same day or within a couple of days.

  3. A common question

How thick are your bench cushions, and can I go thinner or thicker?

    The workshop's answer

The standard bench cushion is 4 in (10 cm) thick. Other thicknesses are made to order, from 3 in (7.6 cm) up to 12 in (30 cm) for sofa seat cushions.
