Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can I buy a second set of covers, or covers for only a few of the pieces?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. There is a covers-only listing with no foam, so you can swap covers while one set is in the wash, or change color. You can order covers for just some pieces, such as two straight backrests, and the extra set can be a different color.

  2. A common question

Could the ends of my bench cushion curve, with the back edge longer than the front?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. For a curved willow sofa the workshop made a 32 in (81 cm) deep base, 68 in (173 cm) along the back and 63 in (160 cm) along the front, with the ends curving between the two. It was linen color 14 with silicone filling, 4 in (10 cm) thick.

  3. A common question

I'm a designer ordering for a client. Is there a trade discount on custom sizes?

    The workshop's answer

One designer asked about a 32 x 57.5 in (81 x 146 cm) cushion in stripe N8. The workshop explained that its custom quote was already its best discounted rate, so no extra trade discount was added.
