Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Do you have any patterned fabrics, or only solids?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, there are patterns: striped fabrics and oriental-design fabrics. The shop can send photos of cushions already made in them so you can judge the look.

  2. A common question

How do I order the tufted French mattress style in a size that isn't listed?

    The workshop's answer

Order through the tufted (French mattress) listing, select the size closest to yours and type the exact measurements and fabric color in the personalization field; the color dropdown may be disabled there. If your size is far from every option, message first so the shop can say which one to pick.

  3. A common question

Is there a discount for a big chair cushion order, say 11 for the patio chairs?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Eleven chair cushions, 15.75 x 18 x 2 in (40 x 46 x 5 cm) with double piping and ties, were given a bulk discount on the quote, and delivery by mid-July was confirmed.
