Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Could you mail me a few fabric or color samples before I order?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. You pay only the shipping and the swatches are mailed to you. The shop can also send a photo of its color chart, for instance to hold up against your wall paint.

  2. A common question

Which velvet codes would give me navy, slate blue and terracotta?

    The workshop's answer

For one cushion, deep navy 131 with burnt terracotta 112 piping; for the other, teal blue 129 with deep navy 131 piping. Expect a slight tone difference from lighting in photos.

  3. A common question

Could I get a velvet window seat cushion with matching bolsters, at least 4 inches thick?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Choose a color number from the velvet swatch card (one buyer's dusty rose was no. 11) and order the seat, backrest and bolsters together as a set. Standard thickness is 4 in (10 cm), every size can be customized, and in that conversation making took 5 to 7 days plus 3 to 5 days for delivery.
