Buyer questions

  1. A common question

My bench is an odd size that isn't in the drop-down. How do I order it?

    The workshop's answer

Pick the closest option (the workshop will tell you which) and type your exact measurements, thickness, fabric code and piping choice in the Personalization box. A 36 × 12 in cushion went through the 16 × 32 in option, and two 17 × 19½ in pads through 18 × 18 in with a quantity of 2.

  2. A common question

My bay window seat has angled corners. Should the cushion curve there, or do I measure every edge?

    The workshop's answer

Measure every edge. Bay corners are angles, so a curved cushion would leave gaps. Use the trapezoid listing, choose the size range by your longest edge and depth, and upload a drawing with every edge, thickness and fabric code. A bay of 98½ in front, 62½ in back and 22¾ in deep (250 × 159 × 58 cm) was made as one continuous cushion.

  3. A common question

Are the sofa mattresses firm enough for overnight guests to sleep on?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The seat mattresses are high-density foam, comfortable without being squishy, so laid flat they make a good guest bed.
