Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can a bench cushion be made with a rounded or curved end?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, curved-edge custom shapes can be made. Send a simple sketch with the measurements marked, showing where the curve starts and where it ends; the workshop won't interpret a curve from numbers alone. Once the shape is confirmed, order through the custom-shape listing, choosing the range by the longest length and the width, and upload the sketch.

  2. A common question

I want a pillow to lean on at the end of my window seat. What size backrest should I order?

    The workshop's answer

Backrests are usually made 16 in (41 cm) tall. Buy two cushions from the listing and the workshop makes one of them into the backrest, sized to the width of your seat.

  3. A common question

Do you make trapezoid-shaped cushions to measure?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Send every side length, including the long side. For a trapezoid with an 89 in (226 cm) long side, the workshop asked whether two pieces would be acceptable, and quoted it as one piece when the buyer needed that.
