Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you sew ties on the underside so I can tie the cushion to my bench?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Write the request for ties in the personalization section when you order, and production adds them.

  2. A common question

I don't have the original cushions anymore. Could you make a wedge-shaped back cushion or two for my bench?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Send a reference photo or a simple diagram of the wedge with its dimensions, and the shop quotes it together with the seat cushion.

  3. A common question

Can you make a triangle cushion for a corner bench where the two walls meet at 90 degrees?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Corner and triangle cushions are regular custom work. Send a drawing with every edge measured, plus a photo of the corner if you can, then order on the custom-shape listing and upload both images at checkout.
