Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can I buy just the ottoman, in the same color as my sofa?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. The ottoman is sold on its own at 39 x 39 in (100 x 100 cm), and the workshop sets up a custom order in the matching color.

  2. A common question

How should I measure for replacement covers on shaped chair pads?

    The workshop's answer

Draw the foam insert with every side labeled, for example a slight trapezoid with rounded front corners at 17 3/4 × 16 7/8 × 19 5/8 × 16 7/8 in (45 × 43 × 50 × 43 cm), and give the thickness, here 1 5/8 in (4 cm). Measure the bare foam, not the old cover. When one first set came out about 3/4 in (2 cm) short, the remake was cut 1/2 to 3/4 in (1 to 2 cm) larger, with longer ties.

  3. A common question

    Do you make small seat cushions, around 13 3/4 x 13 3/4 in (35 x 35 cm)?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Very small sizes don't have their own line in the listing, so choose the size closest to yours and write the exact measurements and fabric in the personalization note. Shipping costs set a floor under the price, which is why a small cushion can't cost much less than the next size up.
