Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you email me a return label, or take the return shipping out of my refund?

    The workshop's answer

No return labels are possible, because the shop's carrier contracts cover outgoing shipments only. Return shipping can cost a great deal, so when a cushion was made correctly the shop may offer a partial refund if you keep it instead.

  2. A common question

Can you make cushions for a commercial space with 1.75 lb/ft³ (28 kg/m³) foam and 40,000 Martindale fabric?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Contract-grade fabrics rated 40,000 Martindale are available for heavy commercial use, and the standard foam already beats the request: high-density 2.0 lb/ft³ (32 kg/m³) at no extra cost, which holds its shape longer under constant use. For a proposal, the shop needs the number of cushions, their sizes and the type of space.

  3. A common question

Can you make one L-shaped cushion with a small notch cut out of the corner?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A one-piece L with a corner cutout counts as a custom shape, so it is ordered through the trapezoid and custom-shape listing. You upload a drawing with every measurement at checkout, and the cushion is made exactly to it.
