Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you match the fabric of a cushion I ordered from you a while ago?

    The workshop's answer

Older fabrics may no longer be carried, but the range is much wider now. Look at the velvet and soft-fabric charts for a close tone, ask for close-up photos to hold against your existing cushion, and note that linen options are still available.

  2. A common question

Can I buy just the mattress cover and the back pillows from a Hemnes daybed set?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Two filled backrests and a mattress cover without foam can be ordered on their own. The standard backrests are L-shaped to wrap the sides; a straight, back-only pillow of about 36 x 12 in is made through a custom listing.

  3. A common question

Do your replacement covers fit a popular teddy floor sofa from another brand?

    The workshop's answer

For the model asked about, yes: several buyers who own that sofa bought the covers and had no size problems.
