Buyer questions

  1. A common question

How thick is the cushion for a 21 x 66.25 in window seat, and is it foam?

    The workshop's answer

Standard thickness is 4 in (10 cm), and it can be customized. That cushion is filled with silicone balls rather than foam.

  2. A common question

Can I buy only the cover, no foam, even at an odd thickness?

    The workshop's answer

Yes, through the custom zippered cover listing. Pick the closest size range and write your exact measurements, thickness included, in the personalization box; the price shows on the listing. A 5.5 in (14 cm) thickness isn't used for full cushions, but for a cover only it's no problem.

  3. A common question

How exact is the finished size? I'd rather it come out a little small than too big.

    The workshop's answer

Sizes can vary by about 1 in (2.5 cm). When a buyer said 24 in (61 cm) was the absolute maximum, the workshop made the cushion 23 in (58 cm).
