Buyer questions

  1. A common question

What kind of foam goes into your cushions?

    The workshop's answer

Bench cushions get 32-density high-density foam (about 2.0 lb/ft³) with a medium-soft feel. The floor sofas use 28-density high-density foam rated ILD 42. The workshop describes both as durable enough to last many years.

  2. A common question

These cushions will live outside. Will they cope, or do I need a fabric protector?

    The workshop's answer

For outdoor use the workshop suggests one of two routes: treat the cushions with a fabric protectant spray, or have them made in a fabric from its water-repellent outdoor range. Either way, outdoor cushions are cut to your exact size.

  3. A common question

I've already placed the order. Is it too late to change the color or the size?

    The workshop's answer

Not if you ask early. A switch to yellow was accepted while production was just starting. When a buyer realized they meant 82 in (208 cm), not 62 in (157 cm), the longer cushion was made after an extra-cost payment link.
