Buyer questions

  1. A common question

The striped fabric I picked has no plain version. What can I use for the piping?

    The workshop's answer

Striped lines come only as stripes, with no solid in the same tone. Use the same stripe for the piping, or pick a solid color from another chart.

  2. A common question

Before I pay for a custom 13 x 35 1/2 in (33 x 90 cm) window seat cushion, is it worth measuring again?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. One buyer got a quote for exactly that size, rechecked the window, and found that a standard listed size worked instead.

  3. A common question

We have custom reading benches in our office, and two classrooms need cushions too. Do you take orders like that?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. Send a picture of the benches with the measurements of each section to get a quote. The shop has made 40 x 40 in (102 x 102 cm) corner cushions for early-learning classrooms and multi-section cushions for office benches.
