Buyer questions

  1. A common question

How firm is your teddy floor sofa compared with the well-known designer original?

    The workshop's answer

Firm too, and very close. Some owners say the pieces are a little lighter, which makes them easier to pull apart and lay out as a bed.

  2. A common question

Are your linen covers 100% linen, or blended with synthetic fibers?

    The workshop's answer

Not always pure. In one order the production team had used a linen blend where the buyer expected natural fiber. The workshop remade that cushion at a shared cost in a natural cotton fabric from its chart. If fiber content matters to you, ask for it in writing before you order.

  3. A common question

How do I measure my room for L-shaped floor seating?

    The workshop's answer

Measure each wall end to end and send the numbers with a photo or a simple paper sketch. Say whether the seats should run end to end or meet corner to corner, so the workshop can work out the overlap at the corner. The seating is made as separate cushions set side by side.
