How long does a floor sofa take to reach the US once it ships?
The workshop's answerEverything is made to order first. After dispatch it travels by air express, my friend; ask the workshop for the current transit time and the shipping cost with your quote. Someone has to sign for the delivery, and once it lands, give the foam 3 to 5 days to come fully firm.

How do the metal support bars go together? My box had no instructions.
The workshop's answerThe workshop sends an assembly video and an instruction sheet. The sheet shows an older bar, so ignore its short and long connector ends; on current bars both ends match. The fit is tight on purpose.
