Buyer questions

  1. A common question

Can you make a seat, back cushions and side bolsters to turn a toddler floor bed into a little loveseat?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. For a 53.5 x 29.5 in (136 x 75 cm) platform, both a five-piece set (seat, two back cushions, two side bolsters) and a two-piece set (seat plus one long back bolster) fit comfortably. The five-piece set costs more but looks fuller. Only the cushion measurements are needed, not the frame height.

  2. A common question

I'm getting a daybed frame and want two cushions on top so it looks and sits like a couch. What sizes do I order?

    The workshop's answer

The shop can't take measurements from a product link, so work from the mattress size. A standard twin is 38 x 75 in (96.5 x 190.5 cm): split it into two equal cushions of 38 x 37.5 in (96.5 x 95 cm), placed as two orders. For a daybed seat, 3 to 4 in (7.5 to 10 cm) thick works well.

  3. A common question

Can you make a fully zippered, washable box cover for a mini crib mattress I use as a floor play mat?

    The workshop's answer

Yes. A removable, washable, fully zippered box cover for a 37 3/4 x 23 3/4 x 3 in (96 x 60 x 8 cm) mattress is no problem. Order through the cover listing: pick the size range and write the exact size and fabric code in the personalization box.
