The workshop maps its photos to chart numbers. The green in the main window seat photo is ordered as Khaki; water green velvet is number 18, cream is number 13, and pink is number 27 (number 38 in another photo). When there's any doubt, it sends close-up photos.
What do the modular teddy floor sofa, its ottoman and the corner version measure?
The workshop's answer
A single sofa base is 39 x 79 in (100 x 200 cm), and with the ottoman it becomes 79 x 79 in (200 x 200 cm). The ottoman alone is 39 x 39 in (100 x 100 cm) and about 14.5 in (37 cm) tall. The closed-corner L is 79 x 118 in (200 x 300 cm). Every size can be customized.
Only part of my floor sofa showed up. Is there another box on the way?
The workshop's answer
Yes. A floor sofa ships in several parcels, for example three rolls and one box. The arms and metal support bars often arrive first and the seat cushions a day or two later, even when everything left together. Each parcel can be tracked on its own.
