How long does delivery take once my cushion order ships?

“It shipped. So when is it on my porch?”
Delivery to a US address runs on express time, friend, and the workshop gives you the current estimate for yours. Finished orders go to the carrier once they leave the cutting table, and they travel by the fastest express option there is, which is also the most expensive one.
Tracking comes to you the moment the parcel ships, so you're not left watching an empty driveway.
“Can you promise me Thursday?”
No, and I'd rather tell you straight. A parcel changes hands several times, with two or three flights plus truck legs between the table and your door, and rain doesn't negotiate. What you do get is tracking that shows an estimated delivery day as the parcel gets close.
Weekends and public holidays are the other weather. The workshop and couriers don't dispatch on those days, so the clock picks up again on the next working day.

Do cushion orders ship on weekends or holidays?
No. The workshop and couriers don't dispatch at weekends or on public holidays, so dispatch and tracking pick up on the next working day. A parcel already in transit may pause over a holiday, then carry on.
Can I time the delivery for after my move-in date?
Yes. Order now and add 'deliver on or after' with your date to the order note. The order is held so it arrives as close to that date as possible, and shipping straight to the new address is the safest plan.
Can the delivery address be changed after I order?
Yes, before it ships: message the workshop the correct address right away, because editing your account profile doesn't change the order. After dispatch the workshop has to ask the carrier, and a change isn't guaranteed.
