Can you delay shipping so my cushions arrive after I move in?

Moving day has its own weather: boxes, late keys, a front step nobody is watching. New cushions shouldn't be sitting out in it.

Why nobody promises the exact day

Transit has weather of its own. Most parcels move steadily; now and then one sits at a sorting hub for days. So the workshop aims for on or after your date, as close as it can get. Rain doesn't negotiate, and neither does a sorting hub.

A custom cushion order can wait for your keys: write 'deliver on or after' and the date in the order note, and the finished cushions are held.
