What if my size is only a few inches past the option I chose?

Small gaps of about 3-5 in are absorbed. Bigger ones are settled with a top-up payment link before production starts, or you can place a second order, reorder in the right range, or keep the standard size.

Can an unlisted chair cushion, like a Barcelona-style seat, be quoted?

Yes. Full Barcelona-style seat and back cushions are a pricier, unlisted model, so send photos, fabric and exact sizes for a quote. Replacement covers alone cost much less and can be quoted as a set.

Will a sale still apply by the time my custom quote is ready?

It depends on timing. Sales come and go, and the workshop sets them, so the price in your quote is the one to go by. If you're ordering samples first, say so when you ask, and check the quote again before you pay.
