Are these only covers?

Only one piece is a cover. The mattress cover is fitted and zippered, made to your size, and goes over the mattress you already have. The two backrest pillows and the two bolster armrests arrive filled and ready to use.

Some replies describe another version of the set: a mattress cover with two filled round backrests that wrap the sides and double as armrests. Check which pieces the listing shows.
