I ordered the fabric sample by mistake. Can I cancel it and order the cushion?

Why did my order turn into swatches?

Because the size was left unchosen, my friends. On these listings the fabric sample option sits in the size menu, so an order without a real size becomes a handful of swatches: palm-sized pieces, about 4 to 6 in square, to see and feel the colors in your own light. A pleasant thing to open, just not the cushion you pictured.

The fix is simple. The shop refunds the sample order and asks you to choose a size and order again.

A buyer in the US ordered a floor cushion and, a little later, saw a refund instead of a shipping notice. Had they bought only a sample? Was the cushion just fabric?
