How do I order several cushions in different sizes or colors?

To order multiple custom cushions, add each size to your cart as its own item, such as 18 x 18 in (46 x 46 cm) and 20 x 63 in (51 x 160 cm), or ask for one custom listing. For same-size cushions, set the quantity and list each cushion's fabric and piping codes in the note. Everything is produced together and shipped as one.

Why two sizes can't share one line

The size you pick on a listing sets the price of that one cushion. Write two sizes into a single order and the payment covers only one, so the workshop stops and asks for a second order. Nothing is lost, but days are.

Four velvet cushions, one order line

A buyer ordered four velvet cushions, all 12 x 33 in (30 x 84 cm), each a pairing of body color and contrast piping: olive with lilac, mauve with mustard, mustard with pale pink. The quantity was set to four, and the note named the fabric and piping code for every cushion.

    I need cushions in two sizes. Can I just write both sizes on one order?

    No. Each size needs its own order through the listing, or the quantity field if the sizes match. Two sizes on one order means you're asked for a second; both then go to production together and ship as one.

    Yes. Send the new address and it's updated before dispatch. After dispatch, the carrier is asked to redirect the parcel and a new tracking number is sent.

Do separate cushion orders ship separately?

No. When one project is split across several orders, they are produced together and shipped as one. Mention the other order in your note so the two are matched.

Can each cushion have different piping?

Yes. Each cushion can be its own combination of body fabric and piping. Write the codes cushion by cushion in the note, so there's no question which pairing goes where.

What if my payment covers one cushion but my note asks for two?

The note is checked against the payment before production. If the payment covers less, you're contacted to place another order, or sent a payment link for the balance, before the rest is started.
