Can you give me the cushion price in pounds or euros?
Yes, if you ask. Most of the time you won't need to. The follow-ups arrive in roughly this order.

The quick answer
Yes, a cushion quote can be given in pounds or euros on request, though quotes are normally written in US dollars. At checkout the marketplace converts the dollar price into your account's currency automatically, at its own rate, which can differ slightly from a Google conversion. Payment goes through the marketplace payment link, which also accepts PayPal.

Have Hana’s workshop cut this for you
Measure once, slowly. Write the numbers here. The workshop will go over them with you. — Hana
Leave your details and the workshop will call you to confirm measurements, fabric, foam and piping. No prices, dates or payment on this page: it is a request, not an order.
“Can you quote me in pounds?”
Yes. Ask, and the workshop has written the figure in pounds or euros directly. Sometimes it rounded the number in your favor.
The usual quote is in US dollars. That is not a refusal. It is simply where every price starts. The conversion happens later, on its own.
A quote begins with measurements, not currency. The custom cushion quote Pattern lists what to send, and the bench cushion builder helps you settle the size first.
“Then what do I actually pay?”
You pay in your own currency. The marketplace converts the dollar price at checkout, using your account's country and currency settings, at its own daily rate.
That rate is its own. So the total can sit a little above or below what a Google conversion showed you that morning. Check the final figure at checkout, before you pay.
Which currency does your account show at checkout?
Dollars on the quote. Your currency at checkout. A small gap between them is normal.
“Does PayPal work?”
Yes. Custom orders are paid through a payment link, and that link accepts PayPal. You don't need a separate arrangement for it.
If you want the euro or pound figure in writing before you open the link, ask in the same message as your measurements. One message, one answer. More about who writes these answers is on Hana's page.
Four checks before you pay
- Read the quote in US dollars. That figure is the price the workshop set.
- Ask for pounds or euros in the same message if you'd like the number written that way.
- Look at the total in your currency at checkout, not in a converter.
- Choose PayPal on the payment link if you prefer it.
A custom cushion quote in US dollars becomes your own currency at checkout, and the marketplace rate can sit slightly off a Google conversion.

Questions buyers ask next
Why doesn't my checkout total match my own currency conversion?
The marketplace converts at its own daily rate, based on your account's country and currency settings, so it rarely matches a converter exactly. The US dollar quote is the price; the local figure follows the rate on the day.
Is a sale already inside the dollar price?
The dollar quote is the figure you pay before conversion, so whatever pricing applies that day is already in it. Multi-piece orders have been quoted a set price below the single prices, so ask for one if you're ordering several.
Why did the price in my currency suddenly jump?
Usually either a sale price has just ended or the day's exchange rate moved. Check the dollar figure first: if it changed too, ask the workshop about it in the same message as your measurements; if only your local figure moved, that's the rate.
